These pre-recorded classes - located on the screen in Fitness Room 2 - are led by experienced instructors and designed to guide you through effective, structured workouts. We also offer a 5:30 AM fitness class on Tuesdays and Thursdays that brings the best of Fitness on Demand to a group setting!
