Mobility Plus Speed and Agility Academy

What to expect

Dates:  June 2 - July 31​

Times: 7:00 - 9:00 AM

Options: 2 days a week (Tues/Thurs or Wed/Fri)

                   4 days a week (Tues - Fri)

Cost: 2 day - $150

            4 day - $250

Location: Wellness Center (733 8th Ave SW)​

Boys and Girls Grades 6 - 12

Valley City Parks Recreational Center is thrilled to announce the partnership with Mobility Plus Rehabilitation to provide next level lifting and agility training for kids entering grades 6-12.

​

With the Speed and Agility Academy Participants will get:

  • Workouts in a group setting.

  • Personalized workout plan towards the participants needs.

  • Additional health and nutritional education.
