Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Join us to get ready for the BIG MEAL and participate in the fun Turkey Duathlon. This event is an 8-mile stationary bike ride with our super fun cycling coach with music and laughter. Then a 1-mile run/walk on either the walking track or treadmill. This is a timed event but feel free to take it at your own pace! Participants get a free water bottle!
