Space is limited to 7 participants/Try-it session. Please only register for ONE date so others can experience the awesome GlideFit class.
Dates: 7/10, 7/17, & 7/24 at 5:30am
What to wear: swimming suit or fitted athletic clothing (cotton not preferred)
What to bring: water bottle, towel, & great attitude!
