The Fitness Center offers a variety of exercise equipment which can be used for physical therapy, weight loss and conditioning.

The Fitness Center features a radio system in the Free Weight Room and Pin Selector Equipment area.

Six (6) televisions are located in the Cardiovascular area. Four (4) televisions feature Broadcast Vision sound which allows individuals to watch and hear only one television at a time with the use of headphones

• Anyone ages 10- 12 must be with a parent or legal guardian. Child(ren) must work out next to a parent or legal guardian at all times.
• No one under the age of 10 is allowed in the Fitness Center area.
